Hotel EBITDA Margin

Property-level earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization as a share of hotel revenue -- how much of each dollar taken at the property survives operating costs. It is the profitability counterpart to RevPAR, which measures only the top line, and the pair is what shows operating leverage: hotels carry high fixed costs, so a few points of RevPAR growth can move this margin several points in either direction. Check whether the figure is property-level or corporate -- an owner's consolidated margin includes overhead a property-level number excludes, and they are not comparable.
